Jelena Zjacic (1980) is the attorney with more than 10 years of experience who focuses on providing services in all the following areas of law: corporate and commercial, banking and finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate and labour. She has significant experience in M & A deals in different industries including negotiation, due diligence and drafting of transaction documents. She advises clients from the preparatory stages to project completion and settlement of potential disputes. Also, she successfully represents clients in court and administrative proceedings.
