Matija Pavačić (1995) advises clients in the fields of maritime law, sports law, commercial and company law, status issues of foreigners, labour law, enforcement law, law of obligations and damage compensation, property, inheritance and land registry law, as well as transactions and projects related to real estate. He also advises clients in pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, liquidation, and restructuring procedures, as well as enforcement and general debt collection procedures. As a team member, he represents parties before all courts, arbitrations, misdemeanour, and administrative bodies in complex disputes.
