Zrinka Buzatović (1992) advises clients in the fields of commercial and corporate law, M&A, financial and banking law, labour law and capital markets. As a member of the team,she represents and advises parties in court disputes, mostly with an international element, as well as pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, liquidation and restructuring procedures. She advises leading global and domestic financial institutions, multinational energy companies and foreign investors.
