Toni Štifanić (1992) advises mainly international parties in the areas of maritime, transport and commercial law, insurance, dispute resolution, compensation for damages and transactions and projects related to real estate. He also advises parties in pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, liquidation and restructuring proceedings, as well as in the areas of labor law and concessions, with an emphasis on maritime property concessions. As a member of the legal team of the office, he represents parties before all courts, arbitrations, misdemeanor and administrative bodies in complex disputes. He is the correspondent for the Republic of Croatia for Protection and Indemnity (P&I) clubs.
