Toni Štifanić (1992) mainly advises international clients in the areas of maritime, transport and commercial law, insurance, dispute resolution, compensation of damage and transactions and projects related to real estate. He also advises parties in pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, liquidation and restructuring proceedings, as well as in the area of concessions, with an emphasis on maritime property concessions. As a member of the firm’s legal team, he represents clients before all courts, arbitrations, misdemeanour, and administrative authorities in complex disputes. He is the correspondent for the Republic of Croatia for Protection and Indemnity (P&I) clubs.
